img_2645Our DIY this month is similar to the book page apple, except no cutting required! Find a paperback book that you no longer need and rip off the cover. You’ll need about 120-145 pages to have a full Christmas tree. So separate the book at the number of pages you want and if there are enough pages you can make two or more trees out of one book. Start with your first page and fold the top corner down so that it’s even with the binding.img_2646

Then fold the bottom corner up to meet that fold.

Fold the whole page back one more time so that the top edge is even with the binding.img_2653

Continue folding each page until they are all folded. Glue the first and last pages together. Then embellish them however you wish. We added paper toppers to some and tiny red bulbs to the the tops of the others. We also added white glitter to the whiter trees by brushing glue on the edges of the trees and sprinkling glitter all over them.november
